Ramlösa Shipping is a Swedish investment company that invests in international shipping by owning shares in selected vessels.
The company was founded in 2022 by Stefan Norrsell, who has extensive experience in asset management, together with a team of experts in shipping and investments.
Ramlösa continuously evaluates various opportunities to acquire entire or partial ownership of vessels. The main objective is that the expected minimum return should be at least 20 percent per year on invested capital, and that the overall portfolio should remain risk-diversified, considering exposure to different geographical regions, various shipping segments, and different types of charter contracts.
The vessels are assessed based on year of manufacture, technical condition, market segment, existing charter agreements, and, not least, the seller's price expectations and estimated exit opportunities.
The vessels are owned by acquisition companies located in appropriate jurisdictions. Whole or partial ownership of these acquisition companies is held by Ramlösa.
Ramlösa’s organization consists of a team of individuals with extensive experience in shipping and investments, along with a large network of seasoned investors in the shipping market, positioning the company to identify and manage successful shipping investments.

Former experience as an auditor at PWC, as well as a controller and head of accounting at larger international companies. Has worked since 2007 as a consultant in finance and accounting in his own company.

Previous experience: Industrialist and former Group CEO and Managing Director of companies including Nitro Nobel. An experienced board member, having served on the boards of 50 of Sweden's largest companies. As the founder of Bylock & Nordsjöfrakt, one of Sweden's largest shipping companies, he has also established himself as a successful businessman. He has been awarded H.M. The King's Medal in Gold of the 12th size for his significant contributions to Swedish industry.
